Restaurant Menu Guru

Restaurant Patrons:  One of the biggest problems facing diners who are about to began a healthy eating program is what to eat.  Cooking at home makes it easier to control the portions and the ingredient that go into a dish, but let's face it may business professional either dine out for lunch because they go as a group as they are entertaining on business or with other employees.  Know what to order can sometimes mean the difference between weight-loss success and failure.  Sometimes the restaurant can be setup as a wellness partner with your promise to send employee there for points in a challenge where they can create healthy entrees and have several off menu choices for your employees to make. We can help companies survey local restaurant menus and even talk to chefs to identify healthy choices for our clients.  For participants in the Burn 500 program we provide good nutritional choices for a bunch of national chains.  In 2014 we hope to launch Eating Healthy USA Guidebooks in 30 cities which identifies healthy menu items at restaurants which meet certain nutritional requirements.  For more information on that product please visit www.EatingHealthyUSA.com  We have selected 30 US cities to target first.

Restaurants:  On the flip side sometimes restaurants need help with crafting healthy menu items, recipes, production schedules, nutritional information or even patron surveys  Most of our recipes in our healthy cookbooks are designed for at home preparation.  If you would like us to refine our personal recipes for commercial production that service is available. We can help even if all your restaurant needs is to provide nutrition information or calories on your menu.  Likewise if your restaurant already has many healthy or light dishes on its menu we would like to include your restaurant in our Eating Healthy USA Guidebooks.  Restaurant can market healthy items on or off their menu with this service attracting new clients.  Inclusion can be for a fee or gift certificate trade to bring you more diners.

Sometimes the best advice we can give your employees is to share the entree with a co-worker or take half home because restaurant portions are many times two to three servings of food.  We have a whole host of information for patrons and restaurant to find or position healthy items on restaurant menus.
